Genio47 Holiday House complex

We have created a cosy and comfortable space for recreation in the quiet Kunigiškiai settlement in Palanga. Pine forest, fresh air, sea, clean beaches are a great setting for your holidays or a weekend getaway from the bustle of the city.

The sea is only 500 meters away and there are not many holidaymakers on the beach even in midsummer.

Currently, Genio47 Holiday House complex has 4 studio type cabins of 25 m² each. Each cabin accommodates up to 4 visitors. Adventure-loving children can be accommodated in the attic storey, in this way the cabins can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The cabins
are equipped with all amenities and adapted for short-term or a longer stay. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200) with a comfortable, orthopaedic mattress and a living room has a sofa bed, 2 armchairs and a table. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooker, pots, frying
pan, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. Each cabin has a toilet and a shower. There is a terrace for cosy evenings or for watching children play in the yard.

There is a trampoline in the territory of the camp and soon we will equip a spacious playground for children.

Infrastructure

The cycling trail is only 200 m away, therefore, for active leisure, bring your roller skates or bicycles. If you prefer not to burden yourself with too many things, we offer rental of these amenities. Only 4 km to Palanga Bridge. You can comfortably reach the city centre using city transport. Only 400 m to the bus stop, and bus No 2 Bus Station – Užkanavė – Bus Station – every 1
hour.
